WHAT IS THE PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT?
The PLA is an agreement between LAWA and the Los Angeles / Orange County Building Trades council, its affiliated local unions, and the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters that establishes the terms and conditions on applicable projects.
- Project Labor Agreement (2021) - projects with a bid advertisement date or request for proposal advertisement date on or after January 1, 2021
- Project Labor Agreement (1999 - 2020) - active projects or projects bid/advertised prior to December 31, 2020
