LOS ANGELES AIRPORT POLICE OFFICER DANIEL PHAM GRADUATES FROM THE LOS ANGELES POLICE ACADEMY
(Los Angeles, California – January 9, 2015) Recent Los Angeles Police Academy Class 7-14 graduate, Officer Daniel Pham joined the ranks as the newest member of the Los Angeles World Airports Police Division. The graduation took place December 23, 2014 at the Los Angeles Police Department Administration Building in Downtown, Los Angeles.
Officer Daniel Pham was a squad leader for his class and represented the Los Angeles Airport Police proudly. After the ceremony, Chief Gannon personally conducted Officer Pham’s swearing-in. He also spoke to his family about his expectations of an Airport Police Officer and thanked the family for their support.
In attendance at the graduation were Assistant Airport Police Chiefs Brian Walker and Michael Hyams, Captains Greg Staar and Fernando Castro, Academy Drill Instructor Adela Lopez, Training Unit Officers Errol Priestley and Ciro Benitez, CSI Officer Shawn Smith and Veronica Jackman.
The Los Angeles Airport Police Division is the nation's premier aviation law enforcement agency with more than 1,100 specially trained police officers, security officers, and civilian staff protecting Los Angeles International, LA/Ontario International, and Van Nuys airports.
