Q: What are the hours of operation for the CTA Parking Structures?
A: The CTA Parking Structures are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
Q: Do I have to pay for the CTA parking?
A: Yes, the parking rate is as follows:
First 15 minutes - free parking; $3 for the first hour and $2 for each 30 minutes thereafter up to the maximum daily rate of $30 per day.
Q: How long may someone park in the parking structure?
A: Up to a maximum of 30 days. For additional parking over 30 days please contact ABM Parking to request for more time. ABM’s phone number is 310-646-2911.
Q: Do motorcycles have to pay for parking?
A: Motorcycles should not take a parking ticket upon entry of parking structure; they should drive around the gate arm to enter parking structure. Motorcycles park for free for up to a maximum of 30 days provided they park in designated motorcycle parking areas, end of rows and aisles. Motorcycles parking in vehicle parking spaces, blocking pedestrian walkways or ADA access will be cited and may be impounded at owner’s expense.
Q: Who do I contact if my motorcycle or vehicles has been impounded?
A: If your vehicle is impounded, you may reach Airport Police at 310-646-4268.
Q: What happens if I lose my parking ticket?
A: If a customer has lost their parking ticket, the minimum amount owed is $30 provided the vehicle has not parked for more than 1 day. Vehicles parked for more than 1 day will be charged for each day of parking plus $30 fee for a lost ticket. Nightly inventory of vehicles parked is performed daily.
Q: If I recover my lost parking ticket may I receive a refund of the lost ticket fee?
Yes, please mail your recovered ticket along with the original parking receipt to Los Angeles World Airports, Parking Services

Refund checks are typically mailed within 2 weeks. The $30 fee or portion thereof may be refunded depending on the amount of time parked in the parking structure.
Q: What is the usual occupancy for the CTA Parking Structures?
A: The occupancy varies every 15 minutes. The parking structures that have the highest occupancy are usually Parking Structures 3, 4, 5, and 6. For real-time parking occupancy updates, please visit

Q: Is there monthly parking?
A: No, there is no monthly or reserved parking in any of the CTA Parking Structures. These Parking Structures are first-come, first-serve basis only. There is no valet or meter parking either.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted at the Parking Structures?
A: Cash and major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Debit cards such as Explore, Interlink, and Star debit cards are also accepted.
Q: May we pay for parking online or reserve a spot online?
A: No, there is no payment option available online at this moment. There are no parking reservations; it is first-come, first-serve basis.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation for parking? Is it usually a problem to get a parking spot during the holidays?
A: Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. There is no reservation system available at this time. During holidays and peak periods, we suggest you give yourself ample time to find parking. For real time parking availability information, please refer to
Q: Will I be able to park in CTA Parking Structures if I have a large truck, trailer, RV, or camper?
A: Unfortunately, no. The Parking Structures 1, 2A, 3, 4, 6 and 7 have a maximum vehicle height restriction of 8 feet, 2 inches. Parking Structures 2B and 5 have a maximum vehicle height restriction of 7 feet. Vehicles exceeding the maximum vehicle height restrictions in the CTA parking structures should use Parking Lot C.
Q: If I require an ADA parking space, will the CTA Parking Structures be able to accommodate my needs?
A: Absolutely! Every CTA Parking Structure has ADA parking spaces available near an elevator or arrivals or departure levels. Please keep in mind that CTA parking is on a first come, first served basis. The same posted parking rates apply to the ADA parking spaces.
Q: Which CTA Parking Structure is equipped to charge my electric vehicle?
A: There are charging stations available at the first levels of Parking Structures 1, 6, and 7. Parking Structure 1 has (20) Level II Electric charging spots and (2) Level III Fast Electric charging spots available. Parking Structure 6 has (20) Level II Electric charging spaces available. Parking Structure 7 has (18) Level II Electric charging spaces available. These are all open on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may plug in and leave vehicles plugged in until you return from your trip.
Q: Are there any alternative parking options if the CTA Parking Structures are full?
A: Yes, Lot C is open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lot C’s parking rate of $4.00 for the first hour, $4.00 per additional hour, and $12 maximum for 24 hours. It is located on 96th Street and Sepulveda Boulevard.
