Tenants, stakeholders and employees can now access this type of training whenever it is most convenient, and it can be viewed just one segment at a time or all at once (each segment is about 12 minutes long).
Those completing all segments of the training will receive a certificate that can be presented to LAWA Emergency Management to receive a free gift for participating in the training (until supplies last)!
The topics covered in the Tenant Suite are:
General Preparedness - how to help keep ourselves and others safe during an emergency
Terminal Evacuation and Repopulation - what to do during an evacuation and repopulation
Persons with Disabilities – how to treat those with disabilities with respect and courtesy
Persons with Mental or Behavioral Issues - how to best address the needs of passengers with these issues
Basic ICS - how we use the Incident Command System at our airports and what basic terms mean
