All FlyAway buses drop-off passengers on the Upper/Departures Level of each terminal at LAX.
At LAX, passengers board buses on the Lower/Arrivals Level in front of each terminal under the green "FlyAway, Buses and Long Distance Vans" signs. Each bus is marked with its service location.

LAX departures arrive for pick-up at Terminal 1, lower level, on the hour, and then stops are made at each terminal thereafter.

The FlyAway Network does not accept cash. Tickets may be purchased at the bus with Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit or debit cards. Riders on the Van Nuys, Union Station and Westwood FlyAways may also use the L.A. County EZ transit pass.

Baggage Liability – Passenger name identification must be placed on the outside of all baggage. The owner’s name and complete permanent address should be contained inside each piece of luggage. Liability for baggage is limited to $250.00 per full fare ticket. Operator accepts no liability for articles which are carried on board.
Limitations:
Size – No single piece of baggage will be accepted if its combined length, width and height exceeds 62 inches. Small items, such as cosmetics bags, AWOL bags, briefcases, etc., should be carried aboard the bus with you.
Weight – No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of seventy (70) pounds will be accepted for transportation in baggage service.
Baggage Allowance – A maximum of three (3) stowed bags and/or other type of containers, meeting weight and size limitations specified herein and one carry-on per ticket passenger will be allowed.
Containers Included in Baggage Allowance:
Sports paraphernalia such as golf clubs, tennis rackets, snow or water skis, surfboards or bicycles will be accepted in fully enclosed containers no more than 92 inches in length.
Music Instruments – Musical instruments may be handled when enclosed in substantially rigid containers to withstand handling in regular baggage service.
Guns or firearms (Unloaded) When in wood, leather, or other substantially rigid cases only.
Wheelchairs must meet general weight limit and fit in baggage compartment with the user’s understanding that it might not be carried in an upright position. Non-spillable batteries meeting FAA Title 49 accepted. Non-ambulatory passengers can be boarded on wheelchair-lift equipped buses only.
Prohibited Articles and Receptacles in Baggage Service – Acids, articles of extraordinary value, baby carriages, cameras, electronic equipment (computers, stereos, radios, television sets, tape recorder, etc.), chinaware, cylinder containing compressed gas, explosives, fragile articles, furniture, guns (loaded), inflammable materials or liquids, and freight type articles (Operator reserves the right to determine what constitutes “freight”).
All Pets must be in a container designed for carrying pets and designed to keep any fluids from spilling out. The only exceptions are service animals. The container must be small enough to be carried by the passenger up the stairwell into the interior of the coach and placed on the passenger’s lap. If the container is too large for the passenger’s lap, it may occupy a seat, but the passenger will be responsible for purchasing a full fare ticket for use of the seat. No container with a pet inside shall be placed in the luggage bay on the FlyAway coach or in the space designated for ADA passengers in the interior of the coach.
