Kiosk Function

• Print Boarding Pass on previously made reservation 24-hours or less prior to departure *booking/reservation number required
• Purchase an upgrade to higher class of service on previously made and ticketed reservation
• Kiosk is NOT used to make NEW bookings
• Bookings can be made online, through a travel agent or through United phone reservation
• Use kiosk phone to resolve any problems using the kiosk

Important Facts for Passengers to Know

• Passengers arrival time is 60 minutes before a scheduled flight
• Cut-off time for checking in baggage is 30 minutes prior to your schedule departure time.
• Ensure you have a valid emergency contact telephone number in your reservation record so United can contact you if necessary.
• Baggage must have a legible identification tag on the outside and some form of identification on the inside in case outside tag is missing.
• All important medications should go in a carry-on baggage.
• Travel with a current valid photo identification
• Passengers are allowed to travel with 2 (two) bags and not to exceed 50 pounds.
• Starting May 1, passengers will be allowed 1 (one) checked bag and 1 (one) carry-on and one personal bag.

BAGGAGE CLAIM/PICK UP

• If your baggage did not arrive with you on your flight and is arriving on the next available flight, please note the BAGGAGE CLAIM and PICK UP hours at the terminal. Plan to pick up your baggage during these hours only:

4:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday - Saturday
8:00 am - 5:00pm Sunday

Baggage Facts

• List a current contact number for baggage delivery
• Attach Identification tags to outside/inside of baggage. Tags available at ticket counter
• DO NOT PLACE ELECTRONIC ITEMS IN CHECKED BAGGAGE, place in carry-on baggage
• Consult TSA website for items not allowed in checked/carry-on baggage. http://tsa.gov
• Follow TSA 311 Rule for carry-on items, zip lock bags provided at screening
• Passenger must be present when TSA is screening checked baggage.
• Present valid identification when picking up baggage and United baggage form
