Q:What type of security is provided in the parking lots?

A:1.  Airport Police patrol the lots throughout the day.
2.  Airport staff frequently visits the lots to monitor operations.
3.  Surveillance cameras are in all terminal lots.
4.  There is regular foot traffic from travelers coming to and from the lots.
5.  The lots have overhead lighting for nighttime visibility.

Q:Is a reservation needed for parking?

A:No reservation is needed. Parking is available on a first come basis.

Q:When do I pay my parking fee?

A:Parking fees are paid at cashier booths upon exiting the lots.

Q:What forms of payment are accepted in the parking lots?

A:Parking fees can be paid by cash, ATM/debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks are not accepted.

Q:Does the airport have covered parking?

A:No, all parking on the airport is open, ground level parking.

Q:Can I cover my car at the airport parking lot?

A:Yes, car covers are allowed on vehicles parked in the lots. Please be advised that windy weather conditions may cause covers to be damaged or blown from vehicles.

Q:How far is Economy Lot F from the terminals?

A:Approximately 1 mile west of the Terminals.

Q:Is there shuttle service from Lot F?

A:Yes, courtesy shuttle service is provided between Lot F and the terminals. The shuttles operate 24 hours per day with departure intervals every 10 to 12 minutes.

Q:How early do the parking lots open?

A:All parking lots are open 24 hours every day of the year, including holidays.

Q:Do the parking lots ever fill up?

A:Economy Lot F and Daily Lot 4 are the only parking lots that have a tendency to fill to capacity. Lot F usually fills to capacity around major holidays and every Friday through Sunday during the summer months. Lot 4 usually fills to capacity every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Q:Is there free or discount parking for persons with disabilities?

A:No. All customers pay the same rates. Disabled parking stalled are located in each lot near accessible pathways to the terminals and courtesy shuttle stops.

Q:Do the airport shuttles accommodate disabled persons?

A:Yes. All of the courtesy shuttle have a low floor design (no stairs), wheelchair ramps, and hydraulics that allow the bus to be lowered close to the ground.

Q:Can I pay my Promissory Note over the phone or in person?

A:Payments should be mailed in the green envelope provided at the exit booths.
