| Summer 2010 to Summer 2012 | Terminal 6 | Terminal 6 is undergoing a completed remodeling of its lobbies, baggage claim, and security screening facilities. | Upon arrival at Terminal 6, passengers will detour through a re-opened lower level tunnel for easier access to baggage claim, which significantly reduces congestion. The traveling public may also notice barricades, detours, and construction related noise. Operations will continue as normal during renovations. |
| July 2011 to August 2014 | Central Utility Plant (CUP) adjacent to Theme Building | The CUP will be completely replaced with a new, modern, state-of-the-art facility to meet the demands of the airport’s modernization | One north lane of Center Way adjacent to the CUP and Theme Building will be closed during the phased construction including one exit from Parking Structure 3.
