Meet some of the staff who are rebuilding LAX - Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is comprised of over 3,000 City of Los Angeles employees who work at LAX, LA/Ontario International Airport, and Van Nuys Airport. Every one of them plays a vital and important role in making the airports safe for travelers, efficient for our customers, and a good neighbor to the local communities. Additionally, many of these employees are directly or indirectly involved in the biggest project in City of Los Angeles history.
